This institutional license includes iCARE + TRACER. After Wix confirms the initial payment as paid and reconciled, the agency and SSE automatically receive separate secure signing requests. Payment alone does not execute the Software License Agreement; the executed copy is completed only after both required parties sign. Before production activation, the agency must provide its Main Administrative Bond information when applicable, or equivalent purchasing-authority documentation. For a 300-seat customer, public-user capacity above 300 requires a separately negotiated contract; the original agreement stays intact.
